Responsibilities
This position is responsible for developing human resource policies and programs and ensuring compliant and consistent practices in the areas of employment, training and development, compensation, safety and health, and employee relations.  This person coordinates implementation through a Human Resources team that promotes a positive learning culture and the development of a workforce committed to providing consumer-driven services. Activities are coordinated across program/department lines, demonstrating and promoting high levels of leadership and accountability.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (Master’s preferred) and PHR/SPHR and four to six years of director-level experience including three to five years supervision of professional staff and team development.

This position requires strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills; intermediate-level computer skills; the ability to think strategically and integrate financial/business information with operational decisions.  The successful candidate will be skilled at planning and managing multiple projects; possess a strong ability to identify, analyze, solve problems and make quality decisions; have the proven ability to develop professional staff and promote collaboration; and regularly demonstrate dynamic leadership and the promotion of quality values.
