Director of YW Housing Programs, YWCA Greater Pittsburgh - Homewood-Brushton, PA

The YWCA Greater Pittsburgh is accepting resumes for the position of Director of YW Housing Programs located at the Homewood-Brushton site. The salary range for this position is $41,064/year to $47,223/year. This position will provide administration and supervision for all housing programs operated within the YWCA Greater Pittsburgh.

Responsibilities include: budget development and management, staff supervision, program planning, fund development and proposal writing, and external funder reporting.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree with at least five (5) years of relevant experience of which two (2) were at a supervisory or management level OR a Master’s Degree with three (3) years of relevant experience and at least two (2) years at the supervisory or management level.
