Experience working with people with disabilities reqd. Responsibilities incl.: Annual Resident Reviews, eligibility determinations, assists in hiring personal assts., beeper duty, making recommendations for svc. & creating svc. plans, transition needs of consumers, develop community resources, work with svc. providers, training/evals. Responsible for all job duties per attached job position. Travel reqd. Personal exp. with a disability pref. Exc. comm./org. skills. MS WORD /EXCEL experience pref. Salary is negotiable.
