Create a new community hab program, develop
policies & procedures, assess service requests,
act as a liaison between staff & family. Develop
& evaluate strategic goals. Train, supervise &
evaluate staff. Coordinate schedules.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the program.
Must be self-motivated, a self-starter with
a strong entrepreneur spirit. Must have strong
interpersonal & communication skills. Proficiency
in outlook/Microsoft office. Min requirements-
Bachelors degree, 3 yrs of in-home work exp
& 2 yrs mgmt exp. EOE
