This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic youth service professional that is interested in supporting and advancing high quality services in the field of mentoring. Technical Assistance (TA) Specialist: The TA Specialist is responsible for identifying, developing and implementing technical assistance activities for mentoring children of prisoners grantee organizations as a member of the Training & Technical Assistance Team. In addition to providing direct consultation, the TA specialist will organize targeted TA activities in response to assessment and evaluation data. This includes identifying topics, shaping agendas, coordinating consultants (as needed) and providing support.

The successful candidate will be well organized, work well individually and as part of a team, and have excellent communication skills (both written and oral). Facilitation skills a plus!
