Mid-Atlantic Network of Youth & Family Services (MANY) This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic youth service professional that is interested in supporting and advancing high quality youth services. Director of Training: The Director of Training is responsible for managing the design, planning, implementation and evaluation of annual training activities. These include skill-based trainings, an annual conference and distance learning trainings. The ideal candidate will possess diverse experience within the non-profit youth services field experience in the design and delivery of training, experience in supervising individual staff and/or consultants and strong relationship-building/networking skills. The successful candidate will be well organized, work well individually and as part of a team, and have excellent communication skills (both written and oral). Facilitation skills a plus!
