This senior management position has responsibility to coordinate and implement the strategic and continuous quality improvement plans for a $13 million agency and supervise the CQI staff. In 2008 the agency was named one of the top 10 in the nation for its performance metrics. Position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
